These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Digital Wellbeing App. By using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By creating an account or using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
You may register using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
The App provides AI-powered screen time tracking, mood detection, and behavioral insights. Mood detection applies exclusively to the apps you select to monitor. Screen time tracking applies to the apps you select to monitor and, for the purpose of establishing a baseline and measuring your overall progress, to apps that belong to the categories the App is able to monitor (including apps you have not individually selected), as described in our Privacy Policy. These features are for informational and motivational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional for mental health concerns.
The App may offer a points-based rewards program. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside the App. Rewards are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time. We reserve the right to revoke points or rewards in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

Any feedback or content you submit through the App grants us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such content to provide and improve the service. We will not share your personally identifiable content with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
The App may offer free and premium subscription tiers. Subscription fees are charged through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to the respective platform's payment terms. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide in-app notice and update the Effective Date. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you must stop using the App and may delete your account.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The App is provided for wellness support purposes only. Results vary by individual. We make no guarantees about specific health, behavioral, or productivity outcomes from using the App.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD $10, whichever is greater.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, followed by binding arbitration if unresolved within 30 days.
